Apart from hypothetical presumptions that,
QP is not set; and
If QP is set, the announcement proves the non-applicability of said portions,
In case Q from those portions appears in exams, Institute can put forth the fact that all Qs are not compulsory and that candidates had a choice not to choose these Qs.
If the candidate suffers because of the inclusion of Qs from those portions, is there any remedy available to him? The announcement is not 'legally binding' (Its not a 'notification') . Can he go and point out to the Insti about the announcement?
Has anything similar happened in the past and what was the outcome?
making the announcement so late shows Institute's lack of coordination in these matters. It is just a presumption that all such matters are handled efficiently..
So God help everybody..
