Dear Sir,
we have purchased 10 Chairs & Tables on company name and shipped to to different locations for our employees who are working from home.
in this case we have recived invoices with Bill To: Company Name & Shipped To: Employee Address
Shall we take ITC, anyone help on this explanation.

Depreciation also not be claimed as it is not used for business purposes

It is not a capital goods,it not return by company,shipping address is employees,why did it recover from employee?They were not permanent.The company alloted accomadation only.It may recover from their salary.If the company gave foods them.
