full tds credit was not given

my tds deducted for ay. 2011-12 was 9lkh and same was claimed in itr, but unfortunately it partially reflect in 26as that time and I didn't receive full refund. but now its reflecting in 26as can I claim for it now from my ao. Or is there any time limit for such cases.

no sir you cant not claim your tds for ay 2011-12 now beacuse under section 139(5) gives you power to change your original return or file the revised return with in two year from the starting of the a.y but time period for revised return was already lapsed now you have only one option write a letter to your juridictional chief commissioner or commissioner of income tax permit you to revised your return if he permits you to revised your return then you claim your remaining tds other wise you can also file a writ pettion against the party which was deducted your tds beacuse for the late filling of the tds return from the side of the deductor you are suffered from big financial loss. it is only the deductor who did not file tds return on time due to late filling of tds return why are you been suffered from financial loss

I have claimed full tds in itr but it didn't shows online in 26as due to some technical mistake and it department issue me recovery notice because tds didn't match and after that I pay 400 challan and also revised some refund may be some of my tds reflecting that time.
