If company wants to FTE , which section will be applicable? is section 248 /252 has been notified for the period.?
Can we go with old section 560 of Companies Act-1956?

No rachana , none of the sections of chapter XVIII (removal of names from ROC) is in effect till yet.....so i think you can go ahead with CA 1956.
