I have a unique quary... See in year 2006-07 I(our Company) have paid FBT in excess of what is required to be paid. as this was to be paid on a quarterly basis we paid aroung 20 lacs FBT in excess of required. Since for 2006-07 it was not advanced FBT i'm confuse how to claim that back from department...
can anybody suggest the way..........????????????????
