Fresh practising ca compliances

Dear Friends,

 

I am a fresh practising CA. I need to know what are the formalities i need to comply with  like Trade License, Service Tax. My Fees is less than 10 lakhs.

And what are the things i need to follow to get empanelment.??

yes if it is below 9 lacs no need for service registration..you have to take PT number..and of course have to comply with ICAI COP formalities..
