I run a fresh fruit juice shop in SEZ, I have few questions regarding GST.
1. What is the GST rate for fresh fruit juice and what would be the turnover slab for GST.
2. Running it in SEZ will there be any exemption of GST.
3. I run the shop on rental basis. Will I have to pay GST of 18 % on my rent.
1. Basic Turn over limit upto 20 lakhs........
2. No....
3. No unless either of the tenant or landlord is registered under GST.
