Our client M/s XY has billed to their debtors for freight charges which are later paid/reimbursed by them whether vat is liable to be paid on such freight charges ?

Dear Tejas
Only goods for trading are liable to VAT.
Frieght is a service which is liable to service tax (if required), not for VAT.
