please clarify...
freight is paid to Transporter (not GTA) and is shown in GSt invoice for reimbursement
wheather to charge GST on Freight or not
please provide refernce ......

if transporter is not gta then services by way of transportation of goods by road is exempted
however if it is gta transaction will have different treatment

please charge GST for safe side as department don't understand reimbursement
