I used to collect the material from the company warehouse or rake point for further sale and for that company reimburse me the expenses done.
after collection of material I used to sell the.product keeping profit margin.
Do I need to pay a GST on the Freight amount reimburse by the company.
there is no separate invoice or documents issued by me for claiming freight.
Yes ..... as you not being cover under pure agent. , so reimbursement other then in capacity of Pure Agent is taxable In GST.
Note : Refer Section 15 & Rule 33 of.CGST Act
