freight charges on rcm or not

if you pay more than RS.750/- to transport than you have to pay tax 5% on rcm basis if less you have no need to pay tax and have entered in books only as expenses. In sale invoice you have mentioned some packing and forwarding expenses at the rate of supplied goods. in practical it's not possible to mentioned actual freight in invoice.
