Actually there is no specified format for MIS. It depends upon companies' nature of business & its operation. What the managment desires & expects a detailed note that can be exhibited thro' MIS.

Month after month if we keep on preparing this every body can become a master in this based on the output required by the management frfom time to time.

This is not a find faulting report but it will gives us like a graph where are we are standing in the business. If a budgeted company it will be a progress card. To the best of my knowledge Ihv prepared a sample which may be developed according to individula's taste,requirement. All the besrt
