@ Kalpit Vora it means in that question there is a case of 100% dividend payout? As you are getting PAT by multiplying EPS with number of shares. I havnt seen the question paper yet but just asking.

all easy papers are not scoring unless the presentation of the paper is beauty

don't think all difficult papers are not scoring unless if u attempt a typical part / question that no one able to answer it.

Its a backward calculatn..startn frm eps multiplied by no.of shares getn np for es..consider pref div @ 15% & thn get pat & so no...

EBIT=(eps no of shares)+preference dividend+interest on debenture+tax...frm dis EBIT..deduct income frm non trade investmnt and tax...dis wil giv u da nopat... is dis calculation correct...
