Suppose we earned a profit on cancillation of Export forward contract sometimes and sometime we incurred loss we shown profit/loss of net amount. Can I claim the loss on Interest Swap Contracts from the forwards contracts profits?

Dear Sir,
Stamp Duty paid on finance of the new assets purchase should be capitalized or treat as regular expenses ????????

stamp duty / registration fees and other related expenses in process to purchase a fixed asset is to be capitalized in capital asset,
