Forms to be filled after passing 1st group?

Hi what are the forms that need to be filled after passing the 1st group. i vil start my articleship soon.

i vil fill a form for applying for grp 2 in november but other than that? i have already paid the articleship fees when i registered for grp 1 and 2 with articles.
