PLEASE TELL THE FORMS TO BE FILED WITH REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES AFTER THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING N ALSO THE MATTER OF THE LETTER TO BE SENT TO STOCK EXCHANGE....
Forms & SE Intimations to be sent after AGM :
1. Form 32 for appointment or re-appointment of directors within 30 days of appointment or re-appointment.
2. To inform the Auditor about his appointment within 7 days of AGM in which he has been appointed and Auditor has to file form 23B within 30 days from receipt of this information.
3. If any special resolutions have been passed, Form 23 has to be filed within 30 days.
4. File Form 23AC (Balance Sheet) & 23ACA (Profit & Loss) within 30 days of AGM.
5. File Form 66 (Compliance Certificate) within 30 days of AGM. It is required to be filed if the paid up capital is between Rs. 10 lakhs to 5 crore.
6. File Form 20B (Annual Return) within 60 days of AGM.
For Listed Companies :
1. Promptly Fax the proceedings of AGM to stock exchanges.
2. File a schedule (as prescribed by Stock Exchange) showing the distribution of its securities listed on the exchange as at the date of annual general meeting and other particulars as required therein with the Stock Exchange.

Filing of forms depend on the agenda of AGM, according to the Agenda, forms may be increased.
