forms required for filing of returns to Roc

Can anyone please tell me what all forms are required to be filed with ROC after the financials have been finalised??

Form 23AC, Form 23ACA for Annual Filing and Form 20B for Annual Return

apart from what chintan elaborated, FORM 66 also needs to be filed is the paid-up capital of the company is between 10 lacs to 2 crs.

and if the company does not have share capital Form 21A needs to be filed instead of Form 20B, as mentioned by chintan.
