Can we form a Partnership Firm (Non Registered) with the Name of Shree Medical College Hospital and Research Centre and Apply for the PAN ?

can do so.. there is no restriction for name in case of Partnership Firm and also can apply for PAN as unregistered Firm..But now a days Banks are very particular regarding registration of Partnership Firm to open Bank Account
