20 June 2009I want to form a Pvt. Ltd. Co. which will have 2 directors and authorised capital of Rs. 1,00,000/- what will be the maximum charges and how much time it will take to form the co. it will start from the begining. means DIN & DSC also i don't have.

hi , this is priya.
For formation of company wiyh the authorised capital of Rs.100000/-and 2 directors u need to do the follwing steps:-
- DIN application :- Documents required are - 1 photograph, identity proof and address proof
- Form 1A :- Name approval of company which requires Rs 500 and takes maximum 3-4 days
- Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, Power of attorney should be prepared .
-Form 1A , Memorandum and Articles of Association and Power of Attorney franking to be done on Rs 100, 200,100 respectively .
-Form 18 to be filled for address of the company to be uploaded.
-Form 32 to be uploded which contains directors information.
-Scan the above forms and then upload on website www.mca.gov.in.

Dear Ankit,
Follow these steps:-
Obtain DIN for all directors.
Obtain DIgital Signature for atleast one director for the purpose of signing the e- forms.
File form 1A for name approval giving six names in order of preference and giving justification of the name.
Then File the following in both electronic and physical form:
MOA and AOA duly stamped
Copy of Agreements and Power of Attorney
Form 1, 18, 32
ROC will issue certificate of Incorporation within 21 days of reciving all these documents bearing the CIN of the company.
