can anyone please guide me on the entire process of formation of a private company?

can a graduate be a director of a private company?

Yes, a graduate can be a director of the Company.

Get DIN for all directors and DSC for at least one director

First check the name availability as per Company/LLP name and accordingly file Form !A

After it gets approved, print at least 2 copies of Memorandum.

Then File form 1, 18 and 32

	If already a director or promoter of a company, the names of the companies
(ii)	Name of the Director (pls give full name)

7.	Whether the proposed names are based on a registered trade mark or is the subject matter of an application pending for registration under the Trade Marks Act.

Note :- Digital Signature has to be obtained for filing incorporation documents including Form 1A & Three photographs of all the directors are required for Director Identification No. & Digital Signature Certificate (if not obtained, earlier).
