thanks K.Ramasubbu i have received ur mail. Also, I have some confusion abt e-filing of annual return. As some people told me to attached scan copy of signed Audit report & Schedule V for e-filing of form 20B, 23ACA & 23AC while it is written in book of Bharat publication that unsigned copy also valid as signed scan copy of audit report cannot be see when it is converted into .PDF format. so, plz guide me regarding the complete procedure abt to e-file of Annaul return Thnaks & Regards Ajay

Dear Ajay It is not necessary to attach signed copy of audit report but you have to mention that it is as signed. You can scan the annual report book and attach along with Form 23ACA and 23AC. But with regards to Annual return it has to be signed , scanned and attached to Form 20B. After filing the company will get a message from the ROC regarding approval if not rejected for resubmission.
