Can anyone provide me with the format of Board Resolution for Listing of shares on NSE and BSE and for affixing the common seal on the listing agreement.

LISTING OF SHARES Application for listing of shares on Stock Exchange: RESOLVED that application be made to ______________ Stock Exchange for permission to deal in and for official quotation for _________euity shares of Rs._____ and that the Company Secretary be authorised to sign the said application and comply with such formalities and requirements as are directed by the said Stock Exchange in connection with the enlistment.
