If we purchase goods/services from unregister dealer within a state. in this case should we prepare invoice? if yes,
kindly suggest format of invoice to be prepared for purchase from unregister dealer under reverse charge for payment of GST.

You can use a debit voucher signed by the supplier
Debit voucher, if signed by supplier is sufficient and do not require to issue tax invoice. Please clarify.
