Format for grant of stay on demand

demand can not be stayed, unless you file appeal against the order, use form 35 for appeal 

yes ma'am m already going in for appeal and i need to submit stay of demand along with form 35 . Would be obliged if u can provide me with some format or draft .

Please consult a practising CA / CA firm who is/are conversant with such departmental representations. Usually stay petition is supported by latest HC/SC/ITAT rulings and circulars issued by CBDT which ate at the finger tips of such professionals.
