Just use simple wordings like this :
Certificate
We have checked the books of account of M/S...................................for the period/year ending on 31 03 ..... From the books of account examined and explanations received for the purpose:
This is to certify that the following expenditure have been incurred towards WIP :
Building Rs.
Plant & Machinery Rs.
...
The above is true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief.
