I work in an ITES company. Our company has undergone name change. We have got new Certificate of Incorporation and Articles,Memorandum (changed) reflecting the name change.
I would like to know whether the following will be changing after we intimate to the concerned authorities.If so Whats the procedure to obtain them.
1. Company's PAN number
2. TIN number
3. Service tax number
4. VAT number
5. Customs
6. STPI
any other related depts.
Kindly explain.

YES ALL THE ABOVE WILL CHANGE YOU HAVE TO GIVE LETTER IN
1) SERVICE TAX DEPT.
2) EXCISE DEPT
3) SALES TAX(VAT)
AND FOR TDS AND PAN NO YOU HAVE TO FILE "CHANGE CORRECTION FORM'" OF TAN AS WELL AS PAN

my comany Name changed this information to be send in service tax office how can follow reply immediately
our company register service tax 2008-09,but we start work contract from 20-12-09 and completed may'09 we not submited any returns so far this janaury 2010 paid some tax amount ,know I want to submit my ST-3 returnes can utilize 10 Lakhs examption on service contract please guide me
