Do we need to file 2 Form26QBs, if there are two buyers & it is wholly financed by only one of them?

Yes, if both have rights in the purchased property.

if only one person is financing the purchase then he has to deduct tds and file one 26 QB

Sir, but the property is getting registered as joint holding with 50:50 share.
