for the 2 different allotment the form 2 file with the roc differentelly as per section 75, with in 30th days from the.
you can calculate the fee on (www.mca.gov.in- other service- fee calculalator).

but then why does the form 2 has a column asking for nuber of allotments?? Moreover, I called up MCA helpline and they said that we can file 2 allotments in one form provided none of them is late
please clarify?

ya u can do it
but cant say about fees.....most probably is should be single only.....as fees for form 2 is based on authorised capital, it should not make difference even if u file a single form for more than one allotment.
