my previous employer is unwilling to provide me Form16A as I am not liable for payment of income tax(income below taxable limit) and there was no TDS deduction .please suggest if i need to file the return and will be mandatrily needing Form16A .

If your annual Gross Total Income is less than Rs. 2,50,000, then, you are not obligated to file Return of Income.

If you need any refund of tds payment from tax department you must file return otherwise less than 250000 no need for return filing.

1. If you haven't earned any further income after the first employer's salary within the Income Tax Slab, then no need of asking the Form 16. (* not form16A0. Please check Form 26AS which is available in income tax website (login with your PAN) and check whether any TDS has been made in your account.
2. If case, if you have any further income after your first employer, you need to add the both salary and file return of income next year. However, you can ask your second employer (if exists), to add first employer salary furnishing in Form 12B.
