form WW Due date

Since 30th & 31st December 2017 is holiday, can we file form WW on 2nd January 2018 with out penalty

I am also having same doubt. Expert please clarify. In Trichy 29th Dec is also local holiday. Kindly confirm whether we can file on 2nd Jan 2018 without penalty. is there any legal provisions for it.
