Do i need to file Form PAS 3 in case of transfer of shares from one share holder to a new share holder in a private limited company? Also do i need to amend my MOA for new share holders?

Replying to your query about PAS3
No you need not file PAS3 in case of transfer of shares as it is a personal contract between two shareholders and not issue of shares by the company. Also there is no need to amend the MOA of the company.
