One of my client running pvt ltd company had not done annual filling after 2015 received notice from Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana for striking of the name of company.
ROC had told to send representations along with documents within 30 days.
Pls guide what representation can we make before ROC so that company can be prevented from being strike off...?

Give reason for not filing annual accounts and annual return and if ur company is continuing its business then also mention time within which u will complete the pendencies. After making all the compliances, revert again with proof such as copy of challans of filing relevant forms
