I am trying to fill the form INC-21 as per Companies Act 2013. In this form at point no. 5,there is a space for stamp duty paid.This point is referring about which stamp duty? Please reply.....

Can anybody plz help me out as even I have the same query as to in form no. INC 21 it refers to which stamp duty ??? Are we required to pay additional stamp duty ????
