What is the purpose of issuing form nos.402 and 403 while purchasing goods from outside Gujarat? And who is liable to issue these forms? Please Clarify in detail.

form 402 and 403 is required while purchasing goods from out state at lower rate/ concesational rate of tax i.e 2% buyer is required to issue the form to the seller.

These Form Issued for movement of goods within the State or goods moving outside the State.

These Form Issued For Any Movement of Goods.
So That fake Transaction Cannt be Done.

First u have to issue form no. 402, for transportation purpose in case of sale to get C' Form .

I heard that if the value of goods is less than INR 25,000/- then Form 403 is not necessary. Is it true??

is 403 athentic for cst amount? or only goods transaction one state to other state?
