I am in a fix.
Private Limited Company has appointed an auditor (_______& Associates) in AGM and he is signing the balance sheets and other accounts of the company. Now the same auditor is certifying the (as a practising professional) Form No. 23AC and 23ACA that the contents are true and correct.
Is it allowed? I mean can the same auditor certify both the accounts and the forms?
Please advise.
