When I open ITR 4 and ITR 2 (both Excel Utilities that I have downloaded from the income tax website for A.Y 2016-17) I have noticed that certain rows are missing or overlapping. In ITR 4: The first row is not seen in many places e.g.Profit and Loss,Part A-OI, Part B-TTI,Schedule S,House Property, CG , OS etc.
In ITR 2: In House_Property and OS, there are rows which are not seen or overlapping. I am using Windows 7 and Excel version 2007.
Has anyone else noticed this?
What should I do?

HI,
Thanks for your prompt reply. Java is Ok. But I want to know if the Excel utility in ITR4 and 2 are faulty or not.If someone else opens the Excel utility and sees the tabs that I have mentioned it would be useful.
