My client has failed to file FORM ITC-01 within 30 days of the date of opt-out of composition what is the remedy available to him now? Will, he has to file a writ petition in High Court?

In my opinion, there is no powers given in the act to facilitate it. You can try apporaching your jurisdictional officer and even then there is no remedy pls proceed with WRIT.
