WHAT IS MEANT BY FORM - i on SEZ
1.who will issue FORM-i for what purpose ?...
2. Form-i is applicable for Sale or Purchase ??

1.Form I is issued by central sales tax department. Its similar to C-form.
2. The party who is in "SEZ" and purchases goods from local or other state suppliers, with 0 sales tax, issues Form I. If the purchaser is ready to issue FORM I , then he can get the goods without paying and sales tax in the invoice.
3. FORM I is issued by the purchaser and received by the supplier, so both sales and purchase comes into picture.

Who will issue form "I"? and give the detail information purchase and sales transaction against form I to SEZ area?
