Can you please tell us what is form-i ?

Form I is for the inter-state sale by registered dealer to SEZ unit for authorised operation. SEZ Unit can obatin Form I from the SEZ Development Commissioner and provide them to the dealer selling the good through inter-state sale. In such a case no CST will be appliable on such transactions.
