I am exporter in andhra pradesh and i purchased goods from manufacturer in same state and this goods export to foreign.
in this process h form is mandatory are not.

please noted form H is issued for in the time of export one country to
another country.
Form H is meant for purchase prior to export by dealers of interstate, for local purchase there may be some other form , ( in wbvat its form 14)
