LOGIN >> REFUND >> APPLICATION FOR REFUND
YOU CAN SUBMIT OVER THERE REFUND APPLICATION (EXPORTS AGAINST LUT) ONLY FOR EXPORTERS IGST ITC CLAIMS

After Login > Service >Refund > APPLICATION FOR REFUND
But APPLICATION FOR REFUND IS INACTIVE WHY...........................................

i visited department
so they said to submit docs for manually refund
and GST RFD 01A & ARN OF REFUND and other docs to department manually
