what is form GNL - 2...? for what purpose this form used to filling

intimation to ROC there are lots of things in act which requires to intimate the ROC this form is for same purpose
Form GNL-2 is used for filling of any documents like submission of Private placement offer letter (PAS-4), copy of prospectus, information memorandum etc.
