HELLO EVERYONE..
I HAVE TO E-FILE VAT RETURN OF A BRANCH SITUATED IN MUMBAI DEALS IN BIOMETRIC AND SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS. AND HEAD OFFICE OF SUCH BRANCH SITUATED IN BANGLORE.
EVERY MONTH HEAD OFFICE SENDS STOCK TO THIS BRANCH AS A STOCK TRANSFER .
NOW HEAD OFFICE DEMAND FORM 'F' FROM THIS BRANCH TO REDUCE CST LIABILITY.
SO SUGGEST ME WHILE FILLING RETURN IS ANY DETAIL REGARDING FORM 'F' REQUIRED TO FILL IN RETURN.?
AND FROM WHERE I CAN PURCHASE FORM 'F' AND WHAT IT REQUIRES.

Your branch should be registered in Mumbai under MVAT Act. Then go to the VAT office related to the branch and get the username and password . Thease two keys can be used to get the 'F' form on-line.If you can not do it for some reasons,then file an application before the vat officer who will issue the F forms. One form is to be issued for all the material received in a month.In the return filed in Bangalore this stock transfer can be declaared undr col 3.2 of VAT 100 as interstate stock transfer. The F forms from the branch are to be filed within three months..........mjk

Sir if i am unable to get username and password for online form. In such situation whether i have to go vat office every month to get Form "F". And what formalities required by vat office to get this Form "F".
