Form DIR-2 is not required to be drafted in a stamp paper.

A pvt ltd co has currently 4 directors & want to resign 2 of them & to appoint 2 new directors. Is Form DIR 12 is sufficient or DIR 11 is also required to be filed with ROC. Please guide as soon as possible. Thanks...
