can anyone plz tell me what is the validity period of Form C under CST. Is a Form C issued in Jan,2009 valid against sale in March,2011. plz help

Form C, E-I/E-II, F, G, H, I and J have been prescribed to avail concessional rate of CST. Form C and E-I/E-II and F are required to be collected and submitted on quarterly basis. In case of forms H, I and J, no time limit has been prescribed. F form is to be obtained on monthly basis

This is Santosh Ulhalkar. Can anyone please guide me that C form issued on 30.10.2007 from Goa Sales Tax, can be used in sales between the period of Nov.2012 To Dec. 2012.
Please guide me. Can be check online the C Form Validity by putting Serial No.?

Now we can get online printout of H form , and same submitted to department.
officer not accepted & state he required only original
