Apparently, to get form-C issued by VAT dept, online application submission date for period upto FY:2007-08 is already over. However, many companies have not filed such request in time. And now, since assessments are being taken-up, such forms are required. How to go about getting dept to issue form-C for earlier period?

you can submit the requisition to STO, after rejection u can file appeal with valid grounds.
