What is the procedure to collect form C in Delhi state.

Fill up ( Form-2) Requisition & application form qterly and Utilization (Form-2B) which Form-C earlier issued to you. submit to department . when department call to show purchase Bill and get C Form.

Can I get 'C' form in advance from DVAT? If yes, what is the process?
