Form 8 of llp

Dear All,

How can authorised form 8 of LLP?

I have a form 8 of LLP i.e. account statement and solvency to be uploaded. which is duly signed by a CA apart from designated partners. but it is showing error which particular CA is not authorised to sign this form even though DSC of CA is registered with ROC and being used in uploading many other documents.

Please help.
