What to do if form 8 is not filed with in 60 days against loan taken to buy a property by a pvt. ltd. co.? what are the consequences of delay (3 months delay) ? please suggest me the best way out .

Form 8 is required to be filed within 30 days and can be filed within 60 days by paying additional fees. If u fail to fil within 60 days u have to file petition to CLB.
