After obtaining provisional DPIN, the applicant is required to submit an application to the Cent. Govt. along with the fees for the allotment of regular DPIN within a period of 60 days from the date on which proviisonal d=DPIN was generated online, failing which provisional DPIN shall lapse.
For making an application, the applicant shall take printout of form 7, affix his photograph in the space provided, enclose certified true copy of proof of identity and residence and physically sign the form at the place provided.
The photograph, proof of identity and residence is required to be attested by any of Gazetted officer or Notary public or CA, CS, ICWA in practice.
